Start Here! Reserve your complimentary telephone consultation or low cost personal visit. During this initial consultation, we work together to determine your overall project goals. We access and identify your company needs. I will help you construct a “wish list” of everything you want, and we will work together to construct a timeline based upon priorities . It is important to have a budget in mind during the initial design process. I will also offer some design and cost-savings opportunities you may not have considered.
Strategic Planning
After the initial consultation should you agree to a proposal for professional design services, I will email you an invoice for down payment of services. Once the down payment has been cleared I will then email you a brief questionnaire to answer about your company. Return the questionnaire and you will receive a proposal detailing both the scope of work and projected fees for the entire design project. The proposal lists all the design features that you requested to make sure that your needs and goals are met. Now is the time to make any changes to the initial proposal.
Custom Design
Finally the last step! Legal documents have been signed, payment arrangements have been made and now it's time for me to provide with you some visuals. This is the fun part! I get to use all the information provided by you the customer, and create one or several design options for your project based on the size and existing conditions of your contract agreement. The creative juices are flowing and we will communicate with each other to ensure we produce the perfect product. Final revisions are made and I ship to you the final product!
